1. Returns

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • Unused Products: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Partially Used Products (Allergic Reactions): If a product causes allergic reactions or skin irritation, we accept returns for partially used items and will provide a full refund. Please include detailed information, such as photos and any medical documentation, for verification purposes.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. The refund will be credited within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • For products returned due to adverse reactions or damages, we will expedite the refund process to ensure a swift resolution.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For general returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Ekfa Glow Covers Cost: For returns due to allergic reactions, damaged products, or incorrect items sent, Ekfa Glow will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a pickup at no additional cost to you.

4. Return Address

If a customer initiates a return, the product should be sent to our warehouse. The exact return address will be provided upon approval of the return request. Please do not send any returns without prior authorization.
